Alyssa's ramblings...

Best week ever.

Oh, by the way, I’m going to have the best week ever. :o)

Monday night – Sleeping (this was planned by my husband, even though I ended up doing it too, because I wasn’t feeling well).

Tuesday night – Prayer meeting from 6pm to 7pm, then going home and having dinner, doing some dishes and lounging about.

Wednesday night – My sister’s coming over for dinner (we are a great team when it comes to inventing meals from an almost-empty pantry!), then we have Home Group.

Thursday night – Food shopping (always fun!), then renting and watching some movies. I’m thinking ‘Unbreakable’ and ‘I Am Sam’, since these are two of the very few movies I’ve seen that my husband has not.

Friday night – Dinner at my Mum’s house. She is SUCH a good cook. And hanging out with the family is always awesome.

Saturday – In the morning, my husband plays tennis. Mum’s coming over to help me clean the house! She’s so wonderful. She just offered, thinking I might like some extra help since I’m pregnant (and therefore exhausted most of the time, choosing sleep over housework). At night, we have the wonderful Youth! I love Youth. Oh, and I’m Service Team leader this week. So I have responsibilities and stuff. Yay. :o)

Sunday – Morning is church. Then we’re going to a football game between our church and my friend Rachel’s church. We’re having lunch with her and watching the game, then she might be coming back to our house for some coffee (some non-caffeinated drink for me). Then we have church again at night.

And next Tuesday, I have an appointment at the hospital! Yay! I’m excited. My husband is coming too, and we will most probably get to hear the heartbeat again, and meet the midwife who will be guiding me through labor. And I have the rest of the day off! You have no idea how awesome this day sounds to me. Oh my goodness. And considering I’ll be coming home to a clean house, I can just lounge around for whole afternoon. Booyah!
